• Registration Guidelines

    Please choose the correct category before you finish the registration.

    Important Points

    1. The official language is English for paper writing and presentation.

    2. Each paper should be at least 5 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references). Extra pages will be charged 80 USD per extra page.

    3. At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration fee by the requested registration deadline.

    4. The student price is only applicable to the First author who is a full-time student currently.

    5. If you would like to register as a reviewer and publish your paper, please send an email to us.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    We understand that things don't always go as planned. Registration may be refunded in accordance with the following policy.

    If participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:

    • 60 days or more before the conference: Full refund (30 USD service fee excluded)
    • 45 days before the conference: 50% refund
    • Within 30 days before the conference: No refund

    Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded.

    The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.

    The losses thus incurred from force majeure events shall not be liable and the refund policy shall not apply as well.
