    All paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers will be published in the following proceedings after proper registration and presentation.

    📑 Proceedings Publication

    All peer-reviewed and registered papers of ICCTE 2026 will be published in conference proceedings and submitted to Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, Google Scholar, CNKI, and other major databases for indexing. Each paper will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from Crossref.

    📑 Journal Publication

    We will provide you with the opportunity to publish your paper in various Web of Science, Scopus, and internationally indexed journals.

    Submission Requirement

    1. Language

    English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be English writing and presenting.
    2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)

    Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper.
    3. Oral Presentation Only(Abstract)

    If you just want to make an oral presentation without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract.
